My stay at the hotel was a bit of a letdown from the start as the room wasn't clean when we arrived and we had to wait in our car for 45 minutes. The room had a funky smell, felt run down, and lacked a fridge to keep food cold. Overall, nothing seemed to go right with the room.

The hotel is conveniently located for the events we were attending, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful when it came to my son's food allergies. However, it was disappointing that the room was not available until after 5:30 pm, and the pool area wasn't clean. The breakfast offered many options, and the attentive breakfast staff made the experience enjoyable.
